Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Checkout: Welcome guests, process registrations, and handle checkouts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, balance cash drawers, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
