Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Staff to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our venue team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a safe and secure environment, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert customer service to guests, answering questions, and directing them to important areas of the venue.
  • Operate coat check rooms, scan tickets, and administer wristbands for event entrance.
  • Greet guests, resolve complaints, and monitor guest conduct to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Seat guests, assist ADA patrons, and enforce all venue policies and procedures.
  • Participate in emergency evacuation teams and monitor venue safety during guest arrival and exit.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to work in varying conditions, lift 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.
  • Positive attitude, superior customer service skills, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in events and knowledge of the music industry.
