We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Staff to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our venue team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a safe and secure environment, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert customer service to guests, answering questions, and directing them to important areas of the venue.
- Operate coat check rooms, scan tickets, and administer wristbands for event entrance.
- Greet guests, resolve complaints, and monitor guest conduct to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Seat guests, assist ADA patrons, and enforce all venue policies and procedures.
- Participate in emergency evacuation teams and monitor venue safety during guest arrival and exit.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, lift 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.
- Positive attitude, superior customer service skills, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience working in events and knowledge of the music industry.
