Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the apparel industry, particularly in swimwear, and a proven track record in managing D2C marketing strategies.

This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can elevate our brand, drive customer engagement, and accelerate our growth.


Position Description:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.


Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Digital Marketing:

Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive online traffic and sales.

E-commerce Optimization: Work closely with external vendors to enhance the online shopping experience, optimize conversion rates, and improve customer journey.


Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they are effective and within budget.

Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's reach and enhance its market presence.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Reporting and Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Trade Shows:
Oversee all aspects of trade show participation, including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up. Ensure the company is professionally and accurately represented at all trade shows with proper branding. Implement strategies and tools to measure and maximize ROI for trade show activities.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:10+ years' of experience in marketing, with a deep focus on upper-funnel brand marketing;
Experience working across the full DTC marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement) and across the marketing mix including online and offline channels
Combination of strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data and insights into a better customer experience and influence intelligent decision-making across the business
Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent
Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, email marketing software, etc.).
