Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

DLRdmv is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a critical business development role, this position is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads primarily through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through cold calling and data analysis.
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads and set appointments for our experienced national sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future references.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Outbound cold call center experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective written communication skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Teams.
  • CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience calling into the automotive industry is a plus.
