Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive individual to join our team as a Sales and Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing a successful territory, offering our services to construction-based and industrial-based accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a successful territory, offering our services to construction-based and industrial-based accounts.
  • Work closely with clients and prospects to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the office team to meet the needs of the company and the client base.
  • Manage all reporting requirements related to daily client meetings.
  • Plan to begin and end most days in the office, working with all parts of the office team and eventually field employees.

Requirements:

  • Customer service or construction background is helpful but not necessary.
  • We will train the right candidate.
  • Background working in a fast-paced customer service environment is helpful.
  • Knowledge of blue-collar jobs is a huge plus, but not required.
  • Good positive attitude and motivation to make customer calls (almost daily).
