Part-Time Position:
Physician, Group Medical Visit Facilitator


Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid California Medical License, MD or DO.
  • DEA Certification, CPR certification, and Board Certification required.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure and manage multiple, sometimes conflicting deadlines.



Must be available for reliable and flexible shifts.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees residents, mid-level practitioners, students, and other clinical support personnel as necessary.

Group Medical Visit Responsibilities:
Facilitation, curriculum design, training, and operational integration.

  • Physician specializing in Population Health Equity.
  • Assists in developing the care model for Group Medical Visits.
  • Educates and trains faculty, residents, and staff on Group Medical Visit operations and procedures.
  • Manages and supervises the Group Medical Visit program alongside residents and staff.
  • Conducts examinations, diagnoses, treats, and/or refers patients within the physician's panel.
  • Maintains accurate and comprehensive patient records and charts.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
