Requirements:
- 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a small to medium-sized organization
- Experience in at least 3 of the HR areas listed above
- Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
- Experience administering payroll for primarily non-exempt and some union employees
- Eagerness to get things done and work well in a team
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Union experience or exposure is a plus
