Job Overview

The AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to support the achievement of corporate business objectives. As a key member of the HR team, this individual will be responsible for implementing best practices, training employees, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Organize and manage onboarding programs, ensure accuracy and compliance of all paperwork, and conduct exit interviews to analyze data and identify patterns.
  • Employee Relations: Track employee corrective actions, respond to employee relation issues, and administer unemployment claims.
  • HR Policy Management: Review, update, and communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefit Administration: Assist with FMLA process, facilitate ADA requests, and coordinate open enrollment process.
  • HR/PR System and Reporting: Maintain data integrity, run reports to analyze data, and assist with implementation or upgrading of new HR system modules.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure employee files are compliant, maintain affirmative action program, and stay up-to-date with changes in HR legislation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
  • Solid understanding of human resources and payroll processes, benefit and compensation administration, recruitment and onboarding processes, and employment law compliance.
