HR Coordinator Job Description

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, human resources, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll: Run semi-monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, input new hire data, calculate pro-rated accruals and paychecks, and maintain record keeping of employee information within payroll systems and reports.
  • Human Resources: Support HR department and employees with recruiting, benefits, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and affirmative action. Assist with benefit questions, open enrollment, and new hire timely enrollment in benefit plans.
  • Administrative: Provide administrative support to the company, handle information requests, and perform tasks such as preparing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year payroll experience
  • 3+ years' experience in HR or Office Administration
  • Ability to deal with and meet deadlines, data management and entry, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with business unit management

Compensation:
$30.00 per hour
