Primary Responsibilities

- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.

- Manage customer policy modification requests.

- Address all incoming claims inquiries from clients and ensure follow-up.

- Complete requests for Evidence of Insurance.

- Greet all clients entering the office in a warm and helpful manner.

- Solicit referrals from each customer and explain our referral incentives.

- Respond to incoming calls promptly.

- Comprehensively understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.

- Identify and generate new business through leads and referrals.

- Contact potential clients using VOIP systems, automated dialing, and other internet technologies.

- Arrange meetings for sales personnel with prospective clients.

- Reach out to businesses and individuals via phone to promote our offerings and referral programs.


Qualifications

- Self-assured, proactive individual who excels in independent work.

- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for success.

- Exceptional spelling and grammar skills.

- Required: Property & Casualty insurance license.

- Required: Life & Health Insurance license.

- Proven track record in sales.

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a capacity to see the silver lining in every situation.

- Capable of identifying and resolving issues, thinking critically, and making swift decisions.
