Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Permanent Sales Development Representative to become a vital part of our successful team in the finance sector. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a solid background in sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

5. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations at client locations as necessary.

8. Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.
9. Provide mentorship and training to junior sales team members as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in sales.
3. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
5. Excellent skills in cold calling and sales communication.
6. Outstanding customer service abilities.
7. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. Willingness to travel as required.
9. Preferred certifications include Series 7, Series 22, Series 63, and Series 66.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
11. Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
13. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
