ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive specializing in Aerospace. The title and compensation will be commensurate with your expertise. This role involves significant travel (50%-75%) and requires a background in military, aviation, or aerospace sales.

The successful candidate will engage directly with clients to address maintenance and overhaul challenges using our advanced equipment. Key clientele includes Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul providers (MROs), and military and commercial aviation sectors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of aviation products, MRO practices, and market demands to effectively sell across various sectors.
  • Support corporate strategies within targeted markets and customer segments.
  • Drive market success by identifying and developing new programs and prospects aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Represent the company professionally to clients, cultivating relationships with aviation associations and regulatory bodies, and participating in trade exhibitions as necessary.
  • Contribute to sales strategies and account planning to identify and expand sales opportunities.
  • Assist in formulating account strategies to nurture and secure long-term sales prospects in domestic markets.
  • Participate in the preparation of business cases and proposals in response to customer Requests for Proposal (RFP).
  • Forecast customer orders and deliveries to align with manufacturing and financial planning.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the organization’s sales and marketing strategies, contractual policies, and technical capabilities.
  • Engage in both domestic and international sales strategies across Military and Commercial segments.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including case studies and promotional content, in collaboration with the management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles within military and/or commercial aviation.
  • Experience with aerospace maintenance or related fields is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with military and/or commercial aviation maintenance sales or program management.
  • Hands-on experience in technical roles with a blend of business operations and sales expertise.
  • Background in aviation and logistics within military and commercial sectors is a plus.
