Human Resources Specialist

Position Overview:
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across various locations, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor, offering guidance to management on policies, practices, and initiatives to enhance team culture.
- Promote positive employee relations by proactively addressing issues, conducting investigations, and supporting team members.
- Design and execute HR strategies, including compensation frameworks, performance evaluation, and employee engagement programs.
- Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and improve recruitment, retention, and overall team development.
- Ensure adherence to all HR-related policies and legal standards across multiple facilities.
- Provide communication support and leadership advice to cultivate a positive and engaging workplace.
- Travel frequently between locations to maintain a consistent HR presence and support across sites.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong emphasis on employee relations in manufacturing or comparable settings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a dynamic and engaging demeanor.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations, with practical application experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, ADP), and business intelligence tools; familiarity with Adobe software is advantageous.
- Proven ability to independently resolve issues with a solution-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel between locations regularly to support HR functions and team development.
