Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Ancient Crunch Inc. located in Lebanon, NJ. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications


  • Manufacturing Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience facilitating difficult conversations between manager and employee 
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Experience organizing and leading employee trainings
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits Administration
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bilingual; Spanish and English
  • Understands State and Federal labor laws
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
