Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across various locations, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor, offering guidance to leadership on policies, practices, and initiatives that enhance team culture.
- Proactively manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and supporting team members.
- Design and implement HR strategies, including compensation planning, performance evaluation, and employee engagement programs.
- Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and improve recruitment, retention, and overall team development.
- Ensure adherence to all HR-related policies and legal standards across multiple facilities.
- Provide communication support and leadership consultation to create a positive and engaging workplace.
- Travel regularly between locations to maintain a consistent HR presence and provide support across teams.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong emphasis on team relations in manufacturing or similar sectors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a dynamic and engaging demeanor.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations, with practical application experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, ADP), and business intelligence tools; familiarity with Adobe is advantageous.
- Proven ability to independently resolve issues with a solution-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel between locations regularly to support HR functions and team development.
