Human Resources Specialist

This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive and efficient workplace. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new employees.
- Serve as a strategic partner to management, offering guidance on HR policies and team culture initiatives.
- Proactively manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conducting necessary investigations.
- Design and implement HR strategies related to compensation, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve recruitment and retention efforts.
- Ensure adherence to all HR policies and legal regulations across the organization.
- Provide communication support and leadership consultation to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Travel between various locations to maintain a consistent HR presence and support team development.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, particularly in manufacturing or similar sectors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a vibrant and engaging demeanor.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, with practical application experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and business intelligence tools; familiarity with Adobe is advantageous.
- Proven ability to independently resolve issues with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel regularly to support HR functions and team development.
