Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruiting and delivery initiatives.
  • Oversee all temporary staffing assignments within your designated area.
  • Maintain exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Continuously develop a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and facilitate candidate placements.
  • Communicate pertinent information to employees and job seekers.
Compensation: Starting salary of $30,000 (based on experience) plus bonuses.
Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Prior experience in staffing and recruiting is preferred.
  • General understanding of labor and employment regulations.
  • Ability to network and connect with individuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and articulate in-person and phone presentations.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and Google Apps.
