InterEx provides tailored staffing solutions, including contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire roles, and works with both clients and candidates to meet the ever-growing demand for specialized tech talent.

This is a client-focused, sales-oriented role where building new business and maintaining a customer-first mindset is crucial.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Expand your professional network by identifying top talent and key clients in your industry.
- Skillfully manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
- Negotiate and coordinate successful agreements between candidates and clients.
- Secure new business by signing clients to various recruitment services (Retainer, Product Solutions, Contingency), while enhancing relationships with existing clients.
- Excel in business development by achieving high call activity and outreach.
- Effectively track and manage your progress using our cutting-edge recruitment tools and database.
- Establish a strong presence on LinkedIn by sharing market insights and job openings.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, work ethic, and determination in line with our company values.
