Job Summary

Indiglobe IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure by providing on-site support and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tower Installation and Maintenance: Travel to client locations to install, maintain, and repair equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Scheduled Maintenance and Testing: Perform routine maintenance and testing on various systems and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure seamless operation.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing disruptions to our clients.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Client Communication: Provide clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Safety and Quality Standards: Adhere to strict safety and quality standards at all times, ensuring a safe working environment and high-quality service delivery.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry developments and advancements in technology, ensuring our clients receive the latest and most effective solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a field technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of technical systems and equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Safety and Quality: Solid understanding of safety and quality standards, with a commitment to adhering to these standards at all times.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Certifications: Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus, with a commitment to completing any required certifications before joining the role.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular business hours as needed, with a commitment to meeting client needs and deadlines.
