Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Deployment:
As a Telecommunications Field Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and deployment of telecommunications infrastructure. This includes:

  • Setting up antennas, cables, switches, routers, and other network components at client locations.
  • Ensuring all equipment is properly aligned, grounded, and connected in accordance with industry standards.


Maintenance and Repair:
Your role will also involve:

  • Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on telecommunications systems to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including network outages and equipment failures.


Testing and Optimization:
Additionally, you will:

Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of all installation, maintenance, and repair activities, including:

  • Equipment configurations and test results.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Technical certifications or training in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a field technician role within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with telecommunications equipment and protocols.
  • Experience with tools used in installation and maintenance, such as power tools and signal meters.
  • The ability to work in diverse weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
