RETAIL FIELD SPECIALIST
SRS Merchandising is seeking a dedicated Retail Field Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, flexible role that allows you to manage your own schedule while engaging with various retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with a diverse range of in-store products and brands.

Conduct store visits across multiple retailers, focusing on planogram compliance, minor section resets, audits, and display stocking.

Organize store visits at your convenience, aligning with project timelines.

Complete your assignments by responding to survey questions on our company platform via your mobile device.

Document your achievements with photographs showcasing your completed tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Enjoys the flexibility of self-scheduling.
  • Possesses some experience in retail merchandising.
  • Can follow project guidelines according to a planogram and demonstrates a customer-focused approach.
  • Has reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Compensation is provided bi-weekly for completed tasks, with direct deposit options available. Reset tasks are compensated hourly, starting at $15 (or higher in accordance with Federal Labor Laws). Other store visits are compensated at a flat rate, varying by client. Field visits typically last between minutes. Rates may be adjusted based on client-specific allowances.
