Role Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute efficient service delivery in the realm of People Data, including onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment terms, and internal transitions within Workday and payroll systems, including document preparation.
Key Duties
  • Conduct transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data modifications in Workday and payroll/time and attendance systems.
  • Ensure the maintenance of non-integrated People data across required systems.
  • Provide digital and physical record management services.
  • Guarantee the integrity and compliance of employee and organizational data.
  • Administer time and attendance data along with various pre-payroll activities, including data collection, validation, and control.
General Profile
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Support junior team members actively.
  • Engage in cross-team initiatives and projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas and assist in their implementation with moderate guidance.
  • Demonstrate core competencies and proactivity in daily tasks.
Professional Knowledge
  • Exhibit competence in the HR domain and a solid understanding of general business principles.
  • Apply critical thinking and a holistic perspective to current processes and workflows.
  • Propose solutions to existing challenges based on acquired knowledge.
Technical Skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in relevant HR systems such as Workday, TalentONE, SNOW, and local payroll/time and attendance systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, relevant to the functional scope.
Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Education
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Functional Competencies
  • Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle processes for both white-collar and blue-collar environments.
  • Experience in executing People Data processes.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with various HR tools, including case management systems, HR portals, chatbots, knowledge management tools, digital signature tools, and e-archiving tools.
  • Proficiency in Workday or equivalent systems.
  • Knowledge of UKG and Kronos systems.
