Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our clients in the Defense and Security Industry Sector.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Specialist will provide professional, technical, and administrative support services in the areas of employee services, compensation, benefits, and recruitment. This role requires a strong understanding of federal personnel processing laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Federal Service History reports, Retirement Service Computation Dates, and Leave Services Computation Dates
  • Input data into the Government Retirement & Benefits Assist software
  • Provide support with employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate screening
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in federal personnel processing
  • BA or BS degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage sensitive employee data
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
