Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist
Role Overview:

The Customer Engagement Specialist is essential in providing an outstanding shopping experience for customers while contributing to the overall success and profitability of the retail operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers warmly, understand their needs, recommend appropriate products, and offer styling advice.
  • Meet personal sales goals and identify opportunities for upselling to enhance the shopping experience and drive revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge, including features, advantages, and pricing.
  • Ensure that shelves and displays are well-organized and visually attractive.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly store environment to foster an inviting shopping atmosphere.
  • Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and monitoring stock levels.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Efficiently handle returns and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow work schedules, accurately log work hours, and adapt to business needs.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, bending, reaching, lifting items up to 25 lbs., occasional climbing, manual dexterity for operating equipment, and effective communication skills.
