We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at Stride, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to leverage email marketing to engage customers, drive conversions, and nurture relationships.

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the hands-on management and strategic support of email marketing campaigns from creation to analysis. This includes shaping and executing email marketing campaigns to support specific business goals, managing and supporting customer segmentation strategies, collaborating with design and content teams to create visually appealing email templates, implementing A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, CTAs, design, and content for performance improvement, tracking and analyzing the performance of email campaigns, and monitoring, strategizing, and resolving any deliverability challenges.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role, proven experience with email marketing platforms, a strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
