Nurse Talent Retention Specialist

At Arkansas Children's, we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Talent Retention Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to engage and retain diverse nursing and patient care talent. The successful candidate will establish and maintain positive relationships with external community partners and establish robust reporting models to track retention and engagement metrics. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to engage and retain nursing and patient care talent
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with external community partners
- Establishing and maintaining robust reporting models to track retention and engagement metrics
- Participating in Shared Governance Council and project teams
- Developing and implementing nursing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in a related field
- RN License (AR or Compact State)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Certification specific to patient population, leadership role, or education
