We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist II. In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to internal and external customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

The Role

As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class customer service
  • Utilizing current systems to authenticate customers and resolve issues
  • Providing technical support and navigation assistance to customers
  • Validating customer requests and creating Move Add Change orders as needed

What We Look For in a Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of contact center experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Compensation

The starting salary for this role varies based on location, with ranges from $35,269 to $54,450. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary lifestyle benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
