About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Partner with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Process customer orders and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide a premier customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
