Electronics Testing Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deep knowledge of power electronics configurations (AC/DC, DC/DC & DC/AC).
  • Skilled in using power electronics laboratory instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, load banks, emulators, etc.).
  • Proficient in creating testing methodologies, formulating test plans, executing high-power evaluations, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documenting test findings.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, interpreting test outcomes, and presenting results effectively.
  • Familiarity with EMI reduction techniques during testing.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with technicians and fellow engineers.

Qualifications for Success:
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience with embedded controls using MATLAB Simulink.
  • Background in Power Electronics.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Open-minded and willing to learn.
  • Strong team player with collaborative skills.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with automotive engines.
  • Knowledge of hybrid vehicles.
  • Familiarity with PCAN view, Canalyzer, etc.
  • General understanding of electric vehicle systems: Battery Pack/System, Traction, Power Electronics, EV charging/AC/DC Fast Charging/Vehicle-to-Grid features.
  • Experience in Product Failure Mode Avoidance.
