Are you an experienced Electronics Technician seeking a pivotal role in an innovative technology firm? This position at ICONMA involves taking charge of assembling, configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting outcomes for various electronic systems.
- Oversee the acquisition of prototype materials
- Construct and assemble prototypes, including testing fixtures, while validating engineering schematics
- Provide constructive feedback on assembly processes to engineers and relevant stakeholders
- Conduct routine, complex, and advanced testing procedures
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data according to established testing protocols
- Implement necessary adjustments and review data to ensure quality assurance
- Assemble intricate harness systems
- Examine test plans and reports, and prepare detailed test documentation for approval
- Offer mentorship to junior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing testing issues
- Identify and spearhead improvement initiatives within the department
- Adhere to safety protocols when working with high voltage and current
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and take responsibility for laboratory assignments
- Select, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments
- Support and lead testing activities in specific laboratories
- Collaborate with suppliers to acquire and maintain laboratory components
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Associate's degree in engineering or a related discipline
- Intermediate to advanced technical expertise in test configurations, wiring harnesses, instrumentation, diagnostics, quality assurance, inverters/converters, and more
- Strong communication skills and knowledge in electronics, power systems, troubleshooting, soldering, PCB, and testing apparatus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the electronics sector, particularly in the automotive field
