**Job Title:** Business Analyst - III

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Leadstack Inc. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and managing concurrent data reporting projects and models to provide insights for our regional strategy teams.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage concurrent data reporting projects and models to provide insights for the regional strategy teams, based on a thorough understanding of your support area.
  • Advise regional teams on the impact of go-to-market decisions on sales teams' quotas during the company's annual planning cycle.
  • Assist the Quota and Capacity Planning team in identifying opportunities for increased optimization and effectiveness in existing processes and models.

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance, delivering business analysis and insights.
  • B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering).
  • Power user proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to tell a story in PowerPoint/Google Slides, and knowledge of Databases (experience in designing and building complex models is a plus).
  • Proven values based on collaboration, transparency, equality, and putting the customer first.
  • Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies, and territory alignment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where priorities shift rapidly and may require pivoting to new projects with challenging demands.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with potential extended time commitments during the busy season.
