  • Sales and Transaction Support: Process customer orders through our point-of-sale system, managing cash and credit transactions. Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
  • Operational Responsibilities: Open and close the center, oversee cash registers, and maintain inventory levels. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front counter and store areas in line with company standards.
  • Service Delivery: Prepare packages for shipping, operate printing and binding machinery, and assist customers with their print projects. Collaborate with shipping carriers to guarantee timely package delivery.
  • Fingerprinting Services: Receive training to provide fingerprinting services, adhering to all safety and confidentiality protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to meet operational goals and foster a positive work environment. Participate in training programs to enhance product and service knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
