About the Role

Spooner Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Healthcare Front Office professional to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, seamless communication, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clinic Director in ongoing clinic and PSC oversight
  • Prepare agenda for front office meetings, provide training of front office staff; report front office needs to director
  • Assist the Clinic Director with various marketing activities as determined appropriate
  • Ensure that FOTO, ACN, and benefit verification are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all Patient Service Coordinator's enforce the Cancellation Policy
  • Ensure all Patient Service Coordinator's attend ongoing training
  • Pre-screen Patient Service Coordinator's candidates for the Clinic Director
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, be the example for positive attitude and exceptional customer service delivery
  • Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, ensure follow-up and track all patient referrals, prescriptions, appointments, cancellations, and reschedules
  • Ensure all patient records are accurate, complete, compliant, current, and managed

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 18 years of age or older
  • 1-2 years Scheduling/Verifications experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
