Lead Healthcare Front Office Coordinator

About the Role
Spooner Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Healthcare Front Office professional to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, seamless communication, and ensuring operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinic Director in ongoing clinic and PSC oversight
- Prepare agenda for front office meetings, provide training of front office staff; report front office needs to director
- Assist the Clinic Director with various marketing activities as determined appropriate
- Ensure that FOTO, ACN, and benefit verification are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all Patient Service Coordinator's enforce the Cancellation Policy
- Ensure all Patient Service Coordinator's attend ongoing training
- Pre-screen Patient Service Coordinator's candidates for the Clinic Director
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, be the example for positive attitude and exceptional customer service delivery
- Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, ensure follow-up and track all patient referrals, prescriptions, appointments, cancellations, and reschedules
- Ensure all patient records are accurate, complete, compliant, current, and managed
What You'll Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age or older
- 1-2 years Scheduling/Verifications experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
