Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Greeting and Check-in: Greet patients warmly and create a positive environment, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage patient records, process payments, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate compassion and patient focus.
