Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and clients.

About the Role

  • Update and verify customer information upon each visit.
  • Build rapport with customers, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Answer questions, address concerns, and provide support and compassion.
  • Rotate through other various office tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm
