Position Overview:
The role offers a competitive pay rate of $20.79 per hour for a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. As an Administrative Support professional, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team of the U.S. Army Recruiting Company to facilitate the daily administrative functions of the recruiting office. This position involves a variety of clerical tasks tailored to the needs of the recruiting environment, requiring a solid understanding of office systems and procedures. In addition to the hourly wage, employees are entitled to a health and welfare stipend of $4.57 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize meetings and manage calendars, including conference calls and online meetings, while addressing any scheduling conflicts that may arise.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails, providing assistance as needed.
3. Process incoming mail daily, ensuring proper sorting and action as required.
4. Maintain adequate supplies of postal and office materials for both the recruiting company and its stations.
5. Develop and uphold both physical and digital reports and files to ensure accurate and accessible historical data.
6. Utilize the Defense Travel System (DTS) to prepare various travel orders and review requests from unit members.
7. Input and manage Bulk Leads within the Leads Management System as necessary.
8. Oversee the Digital Training Management System (DTMS) to keep training schedules current and distribute complete copies as needed.
9. Manage the Medical Protection System (MEDPROS) for the organization, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted within required timelines.

Essential Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
4. Familiarity with administrative and clerical processes, including file management, stenography, transcription, and office terminology.
5. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
6. Must successfully pass a federal background check and drug screening as mandated.
