Database Performance Expert

We are seeking a skilled SQL Database Administrator to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our database team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and optimization of our Microsoft SQL Server databases in Azure. Your expertise in performance tuning, database encryption, and storage procedures will be invaluable in maintaining the high standards of our database infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability and optimization of Microsoft SQL Server databases in Azure.
  • Develop and implement database performance tuning strategies to improve query performance and reduce latency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain database standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure databases.
  • Expertise in database performance tuning, encryption, and storage procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
