Job Summary

The University of Vermont is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to provide administrative, program, and project support for the Osher Center for Integrative Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating calendars, scheduling, and purchase orders, as well as providing administrative services for events and committee meetings. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the Osher Center.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling, and purchase orders for the Director and Associate Director

Provide administrative services for events and committee meetings

Serve as the primary initial contact for the Osher Center

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Requirements

Associate's degree with one to three years of related experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience managing multiple calendars

Effective written and oral communication skills

Attention to detail and highly organized

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Integrative Health and Medicine concepts

Database experience, event organizing experience

Previous experience supervising student employees
