Privacy Specialist II

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Privacy Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our privacy team, you will play a critical role in protecting sensitive information and ensuring compliance with governing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and address privacy-related incidents, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state data breach laws.
- Provide guidance and support to the business on privacy-related matters.
- Process individual rights requests under HIPAA and collaborate with mitigation efforts.
- Assist in the development and presentation of privacy-related training to foster a compliance culture.
- Monitor and track training completion to ensure enterprise-wide compliance.
- Contribute to the maintenance of databases related to privacy.
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, health policy, communication, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in privacy, particularly for a HIPAA-covered entity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one privacy certification (e.g., CIPP-US or CHPC).
