Job Title: Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders via EDI or email, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Enter, manage, and track orders in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Logistics teams on order-management issues and provide backup for other team members.
  • Navigate computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, identifying resources within Supply Chain to support timely response.
  • Create a positive experience for customers by consistently providing superior service and exceeding expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with Transportation, Supply Planning, and Distribution Centers to support on-time and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Support on-boarding training for new associates and cross-training of existing team members.
  • Provide insight on and champion process improvement opportunities and the elimination of non-value-added work.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, preferably for consumer product goods.
  • Experience working with Order Management/ERP systems, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), online vendor portals, databases, and software systems.
  • Prior experience in and ability to navigate computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
  • Experience in contributing to cross-functional team meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with focused attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Advanced computer and keyboarding experience.
  • Experience working with Retail Buyers, Distributors, and/or Brokers.
