Job Summary:

The Silver Springs Care Center is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate sign-in and sign-out logs for all visitors and residents.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for residents, ensuring those without privileges do not leave the facility.
  • Notify supervisors when stepping away from the work area.
  • Report any known or suspected incidents of fraud or resident abuse to the Administrator.
  • Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to different areas of the facility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in an administrative assistant, reception, or clerical role.
  • Working knowledge of various software programs, including WORD, OUTLOOK, and EXCEL.
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Capacity to relate to and work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs.
