Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Enterprise Account Managers to collaborate with Fortune 500 organizations worldwide, facilitating their digital transformation journey.

You will be the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of existing clients, working closely to ensure they meet their objectives, foster relationships with key executives, and enhance customer retention and growth from implementation through to renewal.

This impactful role blends sales, relationship management, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale relationships while driving renewals and expansions within a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Successfully renew, upsell, and cross-sell within your assigned client portfolio.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of your accounts to effectively communicate Firstup's value proposition, always aligning it with the customer's key business outcomes.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives at the Director, SVP, and VP levels within our partner organizations.
- Innovate and implement strategies to engage senior executives throughout the customer lifecycle, showcasing Firstup's value.
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Experience Team to ensure clients successfully adopt and benefit from the Firstup platform.
- Lead and conduct value-driven Executive Business Reviews.
- Encourage and motivate clients to participate in Firstup events and become advocates for our brand.
- Become a Firstup expert, mastering the nuances of the Digital Employee Experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and Account Management.
- Proficient in preparing renewal proposals, forecasting, and strategic account planning.
- A strong history of meeting quotas and excelling within a high-performing team.
- Experience in evangelizing sales, promoting software solutions to executives at Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships alongside a Customer Success team.
- Experience leveraging data and results to demonstrate value and support expansion initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with polished and professional presentation abilities.
- Experience thriving in a high-growth business environment like Firstup.

Firstup anticipates a base salary for this role to range between $80,000-$130,000.

The starting salary may vary based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience.
