Compensation:
$100k-$120k/Yr (Based on Experience)




Position Overview:


What does the role entail?

The Strategic Growth Manager is tasked with propelling business expansion within SITE Staffing Inc. by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of technical aspects related to value-added products tailored to client requirements.

This position involves conducting extensive industry analysis to formulate effective sales strategies and establishing a network of connections to engage new clients by creating sales forecasts and revenue projections in a multi-facility manufacturing context.



What will my duties encompass?


  • Cultivate strategic relationships with prospective clients by identifying their needs and aligning product solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to clients, clearly articulating the organization’s value proposition and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate on technical specifications with clients throughout all stages of their project initiatives to secure both immediate and future business opportunities.
  • Implement and manage a business strategy that emphasizes growth and aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Assess potential clients and track the acquisition of new business opportunities.
  • Formulate quarterly strategies and plans based on targeted industry sectors.
  • Monitor metrics and report win/loss financials to ensure alignment with corporate financial targets.
  • Provide executive-level communication and reporting.
  • Facilitate internal training and tactical support for various departments.
  • Design a business model to optimize estimating and customer service functions to fulfill client needs.
  • Travel requirements include up to 30%, primarily for daily (non-overnight) client visits.

What essential skills and experience are required?

  • Proven experience in Sales, Engineering, or Account Management is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A proactive Business Development mindset focused on client engagement.
  • Ability to build rapport with leadership and team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation.
  • Competence in reviewing and interpreting client drawings and specifications is necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40lbs as needed.


What qualifications should I possess?


  • A degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Background in product development within a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
