This position operates in a hybrid model, incorporating both remote work and on-site responsibilities, along with travel commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee local and regional marketing initiatives by integrating corporate communications with a schedule of localized marketing activities to develop a cohesive, multi-faceted marketing strategy that fulfills set objectives.
  • Direct the execution of store events, including grand openings and customer appreciation gatherings, while upholding the highest standards in campaign and event management, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and meticulous project oversight.
  • Lead participation in national events, such as the Abilities Expo, and advise local stores on relevant community events.
  • Establish and nurture influential relationships at a national level, engaging with caregiver organizations, support networks, the Veteran's Administration, and other partner entities.
  • Accountable for tracking the outcomes and return on investment (ROI) of each initiative, maintaining ongoing evaluations to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion. Collaborate with field teams and operations to connect marketing efforts to revenue generation.
  • Provide insights on competitive landscape, local trends, and content needs to the marketing team to inform product and content development.
  • Dedicate time to comprehensively understand the product range, client profiles, and key influencers.
  • Act as the marketing liaison between General Managers/Client Marketing Coordinators and Corporate Marketing.
  • Manage projects to align with strategic goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Demonstrate our products and services effectively.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all store locations.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers, General Managers, and Client Marketing Coordinators on client engagement.
  • Oversee all marketing public relations efforts.
  • Support various outbound and inbound marketing activities by providing expertise in content creation, including copywriting, video production, research, and blog development.
  • Develop and implement marketing communications for the field teams.
  • Enhance the company's presence and voice through both online and offline channels.
  • Assist with all Mobility Works segments as required.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and state-mandated guidelines.
  • Uphold Mobility Works' Core Values consistently.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a multi-location, national organization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience with marketing data in a CRM setting (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong awareness of influencers and customers within the wheelchair community.
  • Knowledgeable in entertainment marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in developing data-driven, omni-channel marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar, punctuation, and structure.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and technologies.
  • Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checks and pre-employment drug screening is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform effectively in an office environment using standard office equipment.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to perform various office-related physical activities as needed.
