Senior Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for the C4 Technical Services brand. Your focus will be on enhancing consumer engagement across various platforms.

You will collaborate closely with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution of marketing initiatives.



Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the consumer engagement strategies for the C4 Technical Services brand, including loyalty initiatives, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assisting in the design, development, and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and consumer interest.
  • Coordinating with external agencies and vendors to maintain strategic alignment and ensure high-quality execution of marketing programs.
  • Tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations based on performance metrics in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Working directly with various departments to create and disseminate marketing content that supports strategic objectives.
  • Partnering with global marketing teams to drive effective and efficient marketing programs.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing integrated B2C marketing communication strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with advertising agencies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that may enhance your success in this role include:

  • A Master’s Degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in executing branding and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in digital loyalty marketing and communication programs.
  • Background in consumer brand or product marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
