Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and team initiatives concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate branding standards to maintain a consistent look and feel across all external marketing communications, including product and service promotions, advertisements, and award submissions.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms and channels to boost awareness and understanding of the company’s offerings, stimulate client engagement, and nurture relationships.
  • Draft and refine persuasive marketing and sales communications, customizing messages for different audiences.
  • Maintain databases, mailing lists, and documents, including logging communications and updating information in the CRM system.
  • Oversee and enhance the company’s social media presence through creative brainstorming and content posting.
  • Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing website traffic.
  • Support business expansion initiatives, including prospecting, organizing organic campaigns, and managing marketing material inventory.
  • Identify and evaluate event opportunities, managing logistics, invitation lists, and materials to enhance customer awareness and participation.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience or internship experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including the capability to address large audiences.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker, proficient in utilizing social media and public relations tools to build brand awareness and engage audiences.
  • Solid understanding and experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Instagram, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Canva is a plus.
  • A background or interest in the technology sector is advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for company vehicle use.
  • Demonstrate integrity, respect, and the ability to foster positive relationships with management, customers, and colleagues.
  • Flexible availability, which may include evenings and weekends.
