Evergreen Family Medicine is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services for families. Our clinics provide comprehensive outpatient care, including urgent care, family practice, women's health, occupational health, and telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Strictly adhere to departmental standards and policies, including compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage professionally and effectively with colleagues, management, and patients through various communication channels.
• Oversee, manage, and resolve all EHR-related issues.
• Execute administrative tasks within the EHR system, including:
o System configuration and ongoing maintenance
o Implementing upgrades and modifications to the EHR
• Perform the following EHR Superuser tasks:
o User management: adding and disabling users, managing roles and departments
o Monitor EHR buckets, ensuring proper labeling, routing, and document closure
o Identify and troubleshoot errors
o Maintain practice bucket accuracy in EHR
o Optimize clinic operations
o Develop and modify clinical workflows through EHR
o Manage interfaces
o Provide administrative and end-user support
o Stay informed on EHR changes and enhancements
o Systematically implement new changes
o Review updates and release notes
o Collaborate with administration, providers, and clinical managers on functionality
o Provide clinical support
o Act as a liaison between EHR and practice
o Promote best practices and utilization for all staff
o Analyze workflows and standardize processes
o Map orders to CPT codes
o Manage encounter layouts
o Create and manage provider profiles
o Establish departments
• Implementation/Integration of clinical applications, including:
o EHR Telehealth
o Dragon Medical One/Embedded
o TytoCare
o Phreesia
o Other Marketplace Partners
• Training:
o Conduct training for all new hires
o Oversee biweekly releases and seasonal updates
• EHR Reporting:
o Clinical
o Utilization
o Quality
o Management
o Financial
o Custom reports
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 1 year of clinical experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of office experience.
• Proficient understanding of computer and networking security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, clerical, and organizational skills necessary for effective job performance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequent walking, use of hands and fingers, and reaching forward with hands and arms.
• Occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Requires extended periods of standing and movement.
• Must be able to lift up to specified weight as needed.
• This position may require travel between multiple locations.
