EHR Specialist

Evergreen Family Medicine, PC is seeking a highly skilled EHR Specialist to join our team. As an EHR Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our electronic health records, ensuring seamless data flow, and providing exceptional support to our clinical staff.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot all EHR issues.
• Perform administrative functions in EHR, including system configuration and maintenance, upgrades, and modifications.
• Manage and keep practice bucket in EHR up to date.
• Implement changes systematically as they are introduced.
• Provide training and support to new hires and clinical staff.
• Ensure daily operations promote a positive and professional work environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year Clinical Experience, preferred.
• 2 years office experience; preferred.
• Knowledge of computer and/or networking security systems, application, procedures, and techniques.
• Communication, interpersonal, clerical, and organizational skills necessary to complete job duties.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of the workplace.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequent walking, use of hands and fingers, and reaching forward with hands and arms.
• Occasional sitting and stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Requires long hours of standing and moving.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 - 35 pounds at times.
