Job Title: Sales Engineer

At Trelleborg Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services within an assigned geographic area, market industry, product range, or list of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4-year college degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
