Job Title: Patient Service Coordinator III
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Coordinator III to join our MGH Outpatient Physical Therapy Team at the Boston Main Campus location. As a Patient Service Coordinator III, you will be responsible for greeting patients, processing co-pays, and exceptional schedule management for a dynamic therapy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and process co-pays in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage schedules for physical and occupational therapists to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Make future appointments for patients to ensure seamless care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and co-workers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Flexible, upbeat personality and top-notch communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with diverse groups of patients and therapists.
- Proven track record of exercising good judgment and handling constantly changing priorities in a positive, professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, experience with EPIC preferred.
